EASY WHOLE ROASTED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

Ingredients
1 fresh whole chicken or 1 whole frozen chicken (thawed)

VAMPIRE HAVEN TRADING COMPANY® Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
Steps

Preheat oven to 350° convection bake or 375° if your oven does not offer a convection setting.

Salt chicken legs to your preference.

Coat chicken with VAMPIRE HAVEN TRADING COMPANY® Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning.

For best results, place chicken on a rack. Place the rack on a baking sheet or roasting pan and place into the preheated oven.

Bake for about 25 minutes per pound of chicken, until the internal temperature of the chicken is a minimum of 170° F.

CAUTION: rack remains HOT
Remove chicken from oven and cover it with foil. Let large chickens stand or rest for 15 to 20 minutes, carve, and serve with side dishes.
