Ingredients

1 package of chicken legs

salt

VAMPIRE HAVEN TRADING COMPANY® Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning

Steps

Preheat oven to 350° convection bake or 375° if your oven does not offer a convection setting.

Salt chicken legs to your preference.

Toss chicken legs with VAMPIRE HAVEN TRADING COMPANY® Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl (or food safe bag) to cover legs evenly.

For best results, hang legs on a rack. Place the legs on a baking sheet and place into the preheated oven.

Bake for about 30 – 35 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken is a minimum of 165° F or 73.9° C.

CAUTION: rack remains HOT

Remove chicken legs from rack, serve, and enjoy.
